Terms of Service for Flowan Extension

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Flowan Chrome Extension ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Flowan is a browser automation tool that allows you to:

• Record and replay browser actions
• Create automated workflows
• Extract data from websites
• Integrate with AI services (optional)

3. Acceptable Use

You MAY use Flowan to:

• ✅ Automate your own repetitive tasks
• ✅ Extract data from websites for personal use
• ✅ Test websites you own or have permission to test
• ✅ Automate job applications on Boss Zhipin (within platform rules)

You MAY NOT use Flowan to:

• ❌ Violate any laws or regulations
• ❌ Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• ❌ Circumvent website security measures
• ❌ Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks
• ❌ Scrape websites that explicitly prohibit automation (check robots.txt)
• ❌ Spam, phish, or distribute malware
• ❌ Automate actions that violate a website's Terms of Service

Important: You are responsible for ensuring your automations comply with the terms of service of the websites you interact with. We are not liable if your account is banned or restricted on third-party platforms (e.g., Boss Zhipin).

4. Account and Cloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable cloud sync:

• You must provide a valid email address
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You agree to receive service-related emails

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the workflows you create. By enabling cloud sync, you grant us a license to store and sync your workflows.

Our Content

The Extension, its code, and design are owned by Flowan and protected by copyright laws. You may not:

• Reverse engineer the Extension (except where permitted by law)
• Redistribute or sell the Extension
• Use our branding without permission

6. Disclaimers

No Warranty

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• The Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Your automations will always work (websites change frequently)
• Compatibility with all websites

Not Legal or Financial Advice

The Extension is a tool. It does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use it.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed $50 USD or the amount you paid (whichever is lower)
• We are not responsible if your account is banned on a third-party website

Examples:

• If Boss Zhipin bans your account for automated actions, we are not liable
• If a website changes its structure and breaks your workflow, we are not liable
• If you lose data due to a browser crash, we are not liable (please backup your workflows)

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Extension
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights or terms of service

9. Third-Party Services

LLM APIs

If you use AI features, you acknowledge that your prompts will be sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). We are not responsible for how these providers handle your data.

Websites You Automate

We are not affiliated with Boss Zhipin, Liepin, or any other websites you automate. You must comply with their terms of service.

10. Pricing and Subscription

Free Tier

• 100 automation executions per month
• Basic features

Pro Tier

• 1,000 automation executions per month
• Advanced features
• Priority support

Billing: Refunds are available upon request unless prohibited by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• We discontinue the Extension
• Required by law

You may uninstall the Extension at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
